We are one of the leading 'ESA' Grade Electrical Contractors based at Chennai. We manufacture a vast range of electrical panels for various industries. Our product range includes Electric Control Panel, Auto Mains Failure Panel, Motor Control Center, Power Control Center, Bus ducts, APFC panels and Customized Control Panel. These panels are manufactured from top grade raw material and are used in various Industries.

We have set up a full fledged, self contained L.T. Panel Manufacturing unit at our Chennai factory comprising of fabrication shop, 7 Tank Process, Powder Coating facility with the Latest & State of the art Powder Coating machines and baking oven for obtaining smooth & uniform finish.

Entire Sheet Fabrication as per approved designs of clients is carried out in our fabrication shop under constant supervision of our experienced & qualified production engineers.

Fabricated parts are Subject to Rigorous metal treatment in our In-house 7 Tank Chemical Treatment Process to ensure total removal of dirt, Dust, Traces of Oil/Grease & Rust from the Surface of the sheet Steel. Phosphate coating ensures prevention & spreading of rust due to atmospheric exposure, Scraping of the Powder Coated Surface and aging.

Subsequently all the fabricated parts are powder coated in a totally enclosed booth under controlled condition, where powder-coating standards are maintained as per requirements. Then the objects are subject to our Oven through a totally enclosed & Dust Free Tunnel, wherein the Process of Powder Coating process is completed.

Assembly shop is equipped with all the necessary tools and tackles as well as full fledge store for storage & issue of necessary components, material and hardware for proper and efficient assembly of the panels.

Machinery in assembly shop includes bench drills, hand drill and specially designed hydraulically operated Bus Bar bending machine among other things. We also have developed various tools for bus bar hole punching, cutout punching for accuracy of fabrication assembly with latest generation nibbling machine for perfect cutouts.

We have installed all necessary testing facilities in house to carry out all routing tests as per relevant IS / IEC & Clients / Consultants specification.
All manufacturing process is followed as per ISO Quality Management System ISO 9001 : 2000 Manual.
